The Loaner Service was developed for customers who have made an order with ENE Trends but may not receive their purchase in a timely manner for their purchase intent. Because we specialize in and participate in event planning, we have last-minute options available to us that will allow us to assist you with your current needs.
Here’s an example of this service: A customer placed an order for a custom-made suit for a forthcoming occasion, which cannot be canceled after 24 hours. Tailored suits take 3 to 15 days to construct, depending on the design and season. The customer realizes that their outfit might not arrive on time. This is when the Loaner Service can be useful. In the case that the custom order does not arrive on time, we can arrange for a similar style, color, or other suit to be utilized as a placeholder.
Disclaimer
This service is subject to our limitations and the availability of “similar products” that you may have purchased. For this service, you will be asked to make a deposit with us. The deposit may or may not be refunded depending on the service we choose for you based on your needs.
Upon the return and inspection of the item, the deposit will be refunded, minus shipping costs. If the item is returned damaged (torn, stained, broken or missing accessories/hardware etc) the refund will be voided.

Note that orders containing more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It should also be in the original package.
